Performing these simple maintenance steps will keep your door working forever.

1. Clean debris out of the bottom tracks
2. Wipe the tracks using a household cleaner, don’t use abrasive or oil based cleaners
3. Spray the top and bottom tracks with a silicone based lubricant.
